Nebkern Technology is a software company based in Siliguri, in North Bengal. We are not an offshore office building somebody else’s product, and not a foreign tool with a rupee price bolted on afterwards.
We build products — software we own, version and keep running — so a customer gets improvements they did not pay for separately, and a roadmap that outlives whoever wrote the first version.
And we run what we build: our servers, our deploys, our on-call. The person who answers a customer is the person who can fix the problem, and no reseller stands between a business and the systems it depends on.

We write the code, own the repositories and run the servers. Being an official Meta Tech Provider is our own integration with the WhatsApp Business Platform — not a licence bought from a middleman who could withdraw it.
Your data stays in India
Everything runs on infrastructure we operate, inside the country. Nothing critical sits on a platform we cannot get into at two in the morning, and no reseller stands between you and the systems your business depends on.
Products, not one-off projects
We build software we keep running, so improvements arrive without a fresh invoice. A build nobody maintains after handover is the opposite of what we are set up to do.
You reach the people who built it
The person who answers is the person who can fix it — no account manager relaying a ticket to a team you never meet. And if you ever outgrow us, export is a feature, not a favour.
